Kia Ora Jolie,

Wow brilliant work that you have done. Maori is really useful in New Zealand. Do you know any other words? Keep up the amazing work. Merry Christmas and happy new year:)

Hi Jolie,

Ruby here from the Summer Learning Journey team! It's great to see that you've kept working through these activities. Well done!

You've translated these sentences very well. Good work. It's important that the Maori language is preserved because it's spoken only in New Zealand.

Could you tell me something you like to do in Maori? For example, I like to play the piano. In Maori that would be: He pai taku ki te takaro i te piana.

I look forward to reading more of your blog over the summer.
Cheers,
Ruby.

Kia Ora Harrison

Thank you for your comment, my favourite part about this activity was being able to figure these few lines that we were given. The reason why is because I love learning more words in my Language. Have a great holiday :)
