Summer Learning Journey Day 4 Bonus Activity

Amatea Arikinui - 9/10
the reason why is because they sing really
loud and clear and my favourite part of their
performance was there actions with pois it
was just really good.

Te Iti Kahurangi 6/10

There singing is beautiful it's just that there wasn't
much actions, There are probably not suppose to be
actions. but yeah I just felt like there needed to be
actions.

Te Puku o Te Ika 6/10

Same reason as Te iti Kahurangi beautiful singing
just not enough actions, The song was nice and slow
and easy to sing along to.

Hey Jolie
Your reasons are really strong. You have also rated which was good too. Was there any song that you found hard to rate??

Hi Jolie,

Ruby here from the Summer Learning Journey team. It's great to see that you've been working so well on these activities. Well done!

I really like how you have presented your work here and given each song a rating out of ten. I can see that you really like songs with actions! You've given some good reasons why you liked each song. Good job.

I put Te Puku o Te Ika in first place. They were singing with feeling and it made the song very emotional I thought. I like sad songs though and I know that many people don't.

I look forward to reading more of your blog over the summer.
Cheers,
Ruby.

Thank you for your comment, my favourite part about this work was rating the kapa haka groups, the reason why is because it gave me really strong reasons why I gave them that rating, enjoy the rest of your holiday :)
