(1) Carry a bag with us and put our rubbish in the bag when we are finished.
(2) Put more rubbish bins around. But the ones with the flaps. Just to make sure that the rubbish dosent fly away.
(3) Make adds about putting rubbish in the bins or keeping it to themselves.
