Using measurement to make an apple turnover.

WALHT: use measurement to make a apple turnover.

To start this session we wrote down some ingredients like pastry,apples,sugar and sultanas. We measured these ingredients on a scale except the sugar and sultanas because we had to estimate them. My estimate for the sugar was 1 gram and the sultanas also 1 gram. My teacher put Natalias apple turnover on the scale and it was 80 grams. The pastry was 2 grams,the apples were 2 grams and apple turnover pre baked was 100 grams and estimated while cooked 105 grams.
